I read an announcement today that a Signagelive competitor in the USA has acquired a reseller.
I have always had the opinion that you are either; a software vendor who has a 100% channel strategy for selling with partners to reach customers, or you are a direct-to-customer software vendor.
Business is based on trust, and I would not trust a software company that sells directly to the same prospective customers that I am reselling to.
